Business owners have listed a luxury holiday abroad as a top choice when it comes to enjoying the profits from their businesses. According to a survey carried out by Abbey Business Banking, 62 per cent of the 300 business owners surveyed said that an expensive overseas holiday would be the indulgence they would be most likely to invest in. Almost a third (32 per cent) said that they would like to buy a house abroad, while 23 per cent opted for a second home here in the UK. Some 28 per cent were aiming for a top of the range car, and an ambitious 12 per cent had their eyes set on buying yacht. Putting the profits from their business into the education of their children appealed to 16 per cent of those polled.
